The Falco Vault Design have come a long way to comply with security industry requirements. While simplicity is one of our strong suite but our simple might not be as simple as layman can operate. As any security system, Simplicity eliminates security. But Non the less we have come a long way to certify our partners and users to be Falco Expert. With that certification, all our partners are protected in project. While end users are free to choose from any of our certified partners, this will ensure the users are not left hanging when they change vendors.

But how did Falco started?

Many of our partners are experience expert in their own field, after awhile you get to see the same faces of people that you just wonder are we the only people that comes for these meeting or is there a chance it’s just a coincidence. Turns out back in the days in a non saturated environment, most of our partners met each other for coffee even know they are not from the same company. Things are much peaceful back then.

The change came when big companies tries to up their price and services due to the fact that salaries goes up and small companies can’t afford their system so with limited customer along the line, those that can. Will. It was during one of those coffee session, our founder and co founder had a long talk, it was 8 coffee long based on their recollection. With all that caffeine, they are convince they can change the way things are and make it better. So 8 coffee turns to more coffee and soon, they have the right talent to design and the right talent to market.

It wasn’t smooth sailing back then, when you are a start up. As back then there was no way to create “hype” as you can today. The only way was knocking doors and sending hard copies quotes and proposal, face to face meet up of potential client. Most of the time is met with “never heard of you”, “i’ll think about it”, “does it work?”. While even if you can answer them back then, when it comes to price. Those that can afford will choose branded, those that cannot won’t pay anything.

In the leap of faith, they actually gave out “free” to 1 customer. Which we today know them to be the “largest” real estate owner. That’s what it took, to convince everyone our system works. Or better yet, once they are deployed. They can’t find a similar system with the same design. Fast forward today, while there are other vendors that can keep up with the competition and standard that we have set. But we will keep setting standards to make security up to date.

We’re not here to make the impossible, possible. But we’re here to make the possible, for everyone.
